TRB’s National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) has issued a request for proposals to develop guidelines for improved use of falling weight deflectometer (FWD) and longitudinal profile measurements data in evaluating pavement condition by considering the effects of temporal and/or diurnal variations. Proposals are due April 28, 2021 by 5:00 PM Eastern.
